FLEYE’s carbon fiber frame is granted the Good Design Award 2014

Danish eyewear designer and manufacturer FLEYE has once again gained a momentum in the international eyewear industry by winning the most prominent design award in Japan, the Good Design Award 2014, as well-known Fashionshop Blackpremier.com stated.
The invention of the handmade Luan 4513 model crafted from 24 paper-thin layers of carbon fiber has put the brand in the award-winning category. “The design of the patterns, the color of the titanium, the shape of the nose pad – all features have been designed to suit the material.” The jury says.
To follow the contour of the eyes and make it easy for every user, FLEYE has incorporated a thin wire of flexible Japanese beta-titanium that circles across the nose bridge. It can be tuned to fit the facial outline for a “Fine Looking Eye”.
